Ghai is chief executive officer of RSA, a leader in cybersecurity and risk management solutions. He drives strategy and execution across all businesses to deliver value to customers, partners and investors while nurturing a collaborative and customer-centric culture. Ghai also serves as the general manager of the RSA Security Business Unit, helping global organizations enhance their cyber resilience and address emerging cyberthreats. Prior to the September 2020 acquisition of RSA, Ghai served as president of RSA during its tenure as a Dell Technologies business. Previously, he held the position as president of Dell EMC’s Enterprise Content Division, as well as a variety of senior engineering and general management roles at Symantec.
