Shea is an IT executive with 29 years of experience in IT operations and support, security, compliance, risk management and technology innovation. Currently, he is a business information security officer, or BISO, supporting multiple business units at Salesforce, delivering security and compliance across its people, process, technology and data. Shea has served as a cybersecurity adviser for CREATe.org, sat on the board of technical advisers for Nodus Technologies and sat for a year as an alternate to the PCI-DSS Customer Advisory Council. He has published two books and three industry papers on security.
